Bellavista-2consists of EIGHT 2 bedroomed apartments spread over 4 floors: a basement floor for private parking and a communal rooftop solarium and swimming pool, with lift access to all floors.

Access to the building is through a private canopy entrance from Calle Bella Vista.

Q&A BELLAVISTA

 

Q: When will construction start?

A: Construction will commence in early New Year (2016).

Q: When will the apartments be finished?

A: Completion is projected for Spring/early summer of 2017.

Q: There is currently a transformer on the site. Will this be relocated?

A: Yes. The existing transformer will be removed and replaced with a new one by the local electricity company.

Q: What is the apartment heating system?

A: Pre-installation of A/C. is included in the purchase price of the apartment. Once you have installed the complete system, you will have air conditioning in summer and heating in winter via an Inverter type unit. Alternatively, you may wish to install underfloor heating, an estimate for the cost we will be pleased to provide.

Q: There are some telegraph poles on the site with power lines. Will these be relocated?

A: All poles will be removed from the site when demolition of the existing house commences. The electricity company will bury all cables underground.

Q: Do you know the likely brands to be used for the kitchen appliances and white goods? Likewise, for sanitary ware?

A: The kitchen units are made locally. The white goods will be either ‘Balay’ or ‘Bosch’ finished in brushed aluminium or white. You may choose both the make and the finish. The sanitary ware will be supplied by ‘Roca’.

Q: Should I decide to eventually rent out the apartment on completion, what are the likely rental values for the property per month from 2017? What would your management charges be if you were to manage the holiday let side, including laundry and cleaning?

A: Taking current rental prices that we currently charge within our EUROSUR management company, and adding a small increase for inflation, we estimate that 2017 prices would be as follows:

March & November: 190 Euros P/W.
April, May & October: 280 Euros P/W.
June, September & Easter: 380 Euros P/W.
July & August: 520 Euros P/W.

The above prices are net for the owner. Eurosur pays for laundry and cleaning of the properties and adds our management commission on top.
